Information Needed at Application

1. Complete copy of the signed Purchase Agreement.
2. W-2’s for the past two years (or complete tax returns if self employed)
3. Most recent pay stubs covering last 30 days.
4. 12 months’ mortgage payment receipts or canceled checks.
5. Last 2 months’ bank statements of all checking, savings and asset accounts
6. Names, addresses, and account numbers of all creditors.
7. Certificate of Eligibility (VA only).
